Our IT, Networks and Internet Access are supported 24/7 by our internal IT/Networks/Internet infrastructure team. We have a fault tolerance built into our Internet access infrastructure of Two Provide (Fail Over). Both our router and firewall have high availability. Our ISP is through GTT and Amnet (no peer groups). We have an internal ISP POP and our internet connections are dedicated lines. We are currently contracted for 5MB Bandwidth capacity utilizing 2.5 MB with our current business capacity with the ability to increase as needed. We have both UPS and generator backup for redundancy.
We offer a web and email service to interact with our client’s data & telemarketing campaigns. We also have camera connect ability which will allow your clients to see our agents in action live.
Finally we operate a fully integrated audio visual electronic supervisory overlay, to ensure not only high quality output and complete customer satisfaction, but also a degree of "on the job" project development, which equals any in the industry. In other words we offer an IT capability which is more comprehensive than you might expect or demand.
