We have redundancy in place to ensure no downtime. For power failures, we have a back up generator. For our internet we have a satellite back up should the fiber connection go down. These are tested daily and we are set up for immediate and seamless transition to our back up support in the event of a connectivity or power failure.

We recruit graduates from the University of Guyana and High School Graduates with high Caribbean Secondary Examination Council (CSEC) scores (Equivalent GCEO levels). Our agents all have a strong background in computers with a high command of the English language and good data entry skills.
